Are you a Business Development Manager, with start-up experience, looking to work in the rapidly growing AI space and to be be recognised as a founding member with their own team, whilst benefiting from equity in the business and uncapped commission?

My client is a seed-stage start-up in the rapidly expanding AI industry and have an excellent , by utilising AI agents, which will expand the opportunity to practice inside of the current legal confines.
As the Founding Sales Manager, you will work directly with the co-founders as well as independently. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, executing outreach strategies and managing your pipeline effectively. You will also be responsible for managing SDRs and building out a high performing sales team.
