The Role:
- Provide technical support and training to employees both onsite and remotely.
- Manage system administration
- Support and maintain Genetec Security systems.
- Maintain IT inventory, liaise with third-party vendors, and document IT processes.
- Assist in IT project implementation and collaborate with the IT Manager on infrastructure improvements.
The Person:
- Strong experience in an end-user desktop support role
- Security certification required.
- Experience configuring and maintaining computers, peripherals, and networking hardware.
- Experience with AWS or Azure.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10 , AD/M365, Exchange, SharePoint, and VPNs.
