Job Overview
Rise Technical is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in developing and improving existing manufacturing processes.
We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer from a manufacturing background who is eager to progress their career into technical management and receive training from specialist consultants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for continuous improvements on manufacturing processes, working closely with operators and leading meetings to ensure best practice, and leading CI Projects and working with maintenance on CAPEX projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve process excellence
- Collaborate with maintenance to execute CAPEX projects
Requirements
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Industrial or Process Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
