The Role:
- Develop & execute purchasing strategies to improve cost, efficiency, and reliability.
- Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee inventory and receiving, ensuring materials are available when needed for production.
- Lead a small team of buyers and inventory specialists.
- Ensure ERP system accuracy & manage supply chain risks.
The Person:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar.
- Experience in procurement, materials management, or supply chain leadership.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems & strong organizational skills.
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
