In this role you will be tasked with the direct supervision of 80 employees, you will also manage all site activities to ensure attainment of goals and objectives within budget and time constraints. You will provide training to staff in conjunction with individual and operational needs. And you will coordinate plant maintenance activities with production schedules.

The Role
