This role would suit a Production or Plant Manager / Supervisor from a Manufacturing background, looking to join a high growth business where you will manage 4 production supervisors, and indirectly manage around 120 shop floor staff.

The role :
- Oversee 4 Production Supervisors as well as indirectly managing 120 production staff.
- Planning, coordination, and control of all production activities in the plant.
- Responsible for customer interaction regarding supply chain efficiency, recovery plans and rate reviews.
