In this position you will be responsible for conducting complex audits, analyzing problems to take corrective and preventative action, develop and implement training programs, consulting with the team to resolve nonconformance issues, while writing & developing procedures to implement into the Quality Assurance Program. In the position you will work cross functionally with engineering and project teams to meet customer quality requirements and will have the chance for further training and career development.

The Position :
- Conducts complex audits to determine compliance with the Quality Assurance Program
- Analyzes problems, and takes corrective action to prevent recurrence, and evaluates its effectiveness. Communicates corrective action to customers as required
- Develops and implements training programs for inspectors, and trains Manufacturing personnel on quality issues
