On offer is an excellent opportunity to manage a quality department of 20 technicians and engineers, whilst putting your own stamp on the function within the business.

This role would suit a Quality Engineer looking to lead and grow a highly talented team in their first leadership position.
The Role:
- Managing and coordinating the Quality department (20 Technicians and Engineers).
- Recommending process improvements and corrective actions.
The Candidate:
- Quality experience from an Automotive background.
- Eager to step up into a management position.
