In this role you will play a vital part in the product design and development process, where you will lead projects and work alongside a team of highly motivated engineers that will directly contribute to the growth and success of this industry leading organization.
This role would suit an innovative experienced design/development engineer who is looking lead their own challenging projects for a rapidly expanding company that will reward your hard work and encourage individuals to strive for management positions.
The Position:
- Conduct a range of research and development including mechanical, strategic, and efficiency streamlining for new and existing advanced manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Thoroughly understand and apply advanced strength and FEA calculations on current and future products.
- Lead multiple projects across the product design & development team.
The Person:
- Bachelors’/Masters’ degree in technical or engineering related field (Mechanical Engineering is preferred but not essential).
- Product design or development (industrial, mechanical preferred).
- Expert in 3D CAD software, SolidWorks/Inventor.
- Able to head up projects and collaborate with all levels of engineers in your team.
