Rise Vision is currently searching for a Customer Success Manager to improve our gross revenue retention by helping existing customers get better results from their digital signage.
Mission of the Customer Success Manager
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager is accountable for achieving our gross revenue retention goals for their book of business.
Role Responsibilities
- Act as the Customer Success Manager for accounts in the west of Canada and the United States, as well as our international accounts.
- Serve as a product expert for Rise Vision, clearly understanding our messaging, how to effectively position and sell Rise Vision, customer pain points, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Execute Rise Vision’s revenue strategy, using established automation and processes that include customer health scoring, onboarding, adoption, renewal management, cancellation mitigation, and training to maximize customer success.
- Proactively engage with customers within your book of business to ensure they achieve measurable results from Rise Vision, and respond promptly (within one business day) to inquiries from customers outside your book.
- Identify and communicate expansion opportunities to the sales team, supporting growth through customer insights.
- Regularly travel to customer sites and industry tradeshows to build deeper relationships, enhance customer success, and foster opportunities for account growth.
- Ensure all activity is diligently logged in the CRM. Anyone can look at a customer's account and easily know the history within one business day of the last activity.
- Maintain an accurate renewal pipeline and consistently deliver reliable forecasts of Gross Revenue Retention for your customer base.
- Provide actionable feedback based on direct customer interactions to enhance tactics, improve processes, and strengthen the Rise Vision revenue strategy, addressing objections to expansion and reasons behind customer churn.
Role Requirements
- 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within SaaS environments managing SMB and mid-market accounts.
- Demonstrated success in managing a diverse book of accounts, understanding the nuances of different customer needs based on contract size, industry, and use case.
- Experience using HubSpot for customer success.
- You have high standards for work, get tasks done quickly, love deadlines, appreciate the power of constraint, enjoy committing to a forecast, don’t need to be followed up with, and you’re a continuous learner.
- You’re a glass-half-full person, and you’re practical. You roll up your sleeves and see an imperfect situation, tool, budget, etc… as an opportunity.
- Travelling to events and visiting customers is a pleasure, not a chore. You’re excited to get in the field, meet face to face, learn about the problems customers face and how Rise Vision helps them so that you can apply what you learn to your efforts.
- Not a must have, but bonus points for experience working with the channel/resellers.
- Ideally you are located in one of these states: IA, WI, IL, MO, MN, NE, ND, SD, KS, ID, MT, OR, WA, WY, TN, LA, MS, AR, OK, TX, CO, UT, AZ, CA, NV, NM.
Total Compensation Includes:
- $75K plus $11,250 variable for a total OTE of $86,250
