Position Overview:
We are looking for a sales-driven, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Front Desk Sales Associate. This role is a hybrid of front desk responsibilities, client engagement, and sales, requiring a strong background in sales, hospitality, and wellness/beauty.
The ideal candidate is personable, highly motivated to sell memberships, packages, and retail products, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-end spa environment. This position is essential to our client experience, ensuring seamless appointment scheduling, service coordination, and follow-up.
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
- Tuesday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday & Monday: OFF
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Membership Growth:
- Proactively drive sales by educating clients on services, memberships, and retail products.
- Convert leads into bookings and sales through warm outbound calls, follow-ups, and in-person consultations.
- Upsell and cross-sell services, memberships, and treatment packages to maximize client engagement.
- Work toward meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals.
- Assist with membership transactions, renewals, and cancellations.
Client Interaction & Customer Service:
- Create an exceptional first impression by greeting clients warmly and making them feel valued.
- Consult with clients on their aesthetic and wellness goals, recommending appropriate services and products.
- Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring an optimized provider schedule and seamless client experience.
- Manage client check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and handle any client inquiries with professionalism.
- Educate clients on the benefits of services including injectables, laser treatments, EmSculpt NEO, medical-grade facials, and other advanced therapies.
- Handle client concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
Administrative & Organizational Duties:
- Accurately maintain client records including treatment notes, medical history, and payment information.
- Optimize bookings and proactively rebook clients to maintain steady business flow.
- Assist with inventory management for skincare and wellness retail products.
- Support marketing and social media efforts by promoting services, memberships, and special offers in person and online.
Facility & Operations Support:
- Maintain a professional and organized front desk, lounge, and treatment areas.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of workspaces, following health and safety standards.
- Assist with laundry stock, retail displays, and general upkeep of the med spa environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (required), preferably in a spa, med spa, or luxury retail environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a hospitality mindset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience with lead follow-up, outbound calling, and appointment scheduling.
- Passion for health, beauty, and aesthetics, with a desire to stay informed on industry trends.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-end client setting.
- Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with aesthetic or health and wellness services.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and membership retention.
- Familiarity with anatomy, physiology, and medical aesthetics is a plus.
- CPR-certified or willing to obtain.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Wage: $17.60 – $19 per hour (DOE)
