- Develop and optimize computer software that administers higher education e-learning programs, utilizing web application server stack services and technologies in Salesforce.
- Create technical designs for new product functionality and develop product capabilities.
- Design software solutions to optimize SQL (PostgreSQL), database access, integrity, and consistency.
- Architect server-side services and libraries.
- Maintain the full server stack, streaming functionality, and profiling tools.
- Utilize object-oriented language to compile JavaScript.
- Collaborate with other software engineers and developers to facilitate cross-functionality between different software libraries.
- Review and incorporate feedback from team to implement process changes to improve efficiency and increase productivity.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support.
- Analyze and mitigate issues identified during testing.
- May telecommute from anywhere in the United States.
- Travel to Dallas, Texas office as needed, less than 5% of the time.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or foreign equivalent
- Experience: Two (2) years of experience in the job offered.
