Job Title: Business Manager - Pilates Studio Lead
Estimated Salary: $68,000-$72,000 per year, plus a monthly bonus of up to $1,500.
About the Job
The General Manager will oversee all studio functions from sales to instructors, leading sales efforts, driving membership growth, and preventing member attrition.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation, sales process, and membership sales
- Manage staff schedule, train and supervise Sales Associates, and hire/ manage instructors
- Proficiency in ClubReady for revenue reports, attendance reports, and instructor evaluations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio, enforce Club Pilates policies, and maintain administrative supplies
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns and generate leads for the studio
Requirements:
- 2 years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates
- Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams, fluency in English, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, recognize areas of improvement, and make changes using good judgment
- An affinity and passion for fitness, solid writing and grammar skills, and proficiency with computers and Studio software
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
