About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in transactions, driving revenue streams, and leading by example.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be fluent in English, and have solid writing and grammar skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Revenue: Drive membership and retail sales through customer service, execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking, and increase sales through effective sales process implementation.
- Operations Management: Ensure accurate inventory counts, train and support Sales Associates, and enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
- Leadership: Lead by example, schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions, and ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible.
