Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, from posting jobs to scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration for new team members.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Support in HR administrative tasks and projects.
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for creating positive workplace cultures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Prefer experience in Paycom
- Experience in the fitness industry a plus!
