RiseWell Community Services is seeking Full-Time Employment/Entitlements Specialist to join the Affordable Housing program, located in Far Rockaway, Queens NY
In this role, you will provide vocational skill development, support, and job placement assistance to formerly homeless adults diagnosed with severe mental illness and/or substance use disorders.

REPORTS TO: Program Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Mixed Use / Affordable Housing
|Salary: 45k Annually
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma and 3 years equivalent experience in vocational rehabilitation, placement and job coaching BA in Human Services and 1-year experience preferred. Experience working with formerly homeless population with severe mental illness and/or substance use disorder. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health, clean and valid NYS Driver’s License.
