RiseWell Community Services is seeking Full-Time Licensed Master Social Worker to join as the Program Supervisor of the Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE) program
REPORTS TO: Program Manager
DEPARTMENT: Clinical
QUALIFICATIONS:
Possession of valid NYS LMSW license during employment. Minimum 3 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting. Valid and clean NY State driver license, fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS required.
JOB FUNCTION:
Supervision of non-clinical Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE) staff who provide services to eligible adults with mental illness/ and/or substance use disorder in their own home, community and telehealth.
There are other job functions such as:
Running monthly reports, completing intakes, coordinating referrals, etc.
