RiseWell Community Services is seeking a Full-Time PROS Rehabilitation Counselor to join the Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) Program in Patchogue, NY
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field and a minimum of one year training and or experience in job finding, employment, counseling or vocational rehabilitation. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
CORE & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Provide therapeutic groups and individual interventions to assist members in growth and recovery. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team. Complete all required documentation within a 48 hour period and complies with program and OMH regulations.
SALARY: $17.85 Hourly
