What are the responsibilities and job description for the PROS Program Manager position at RiseWell Community Services?
RiseWell Community Services is looking for a full-time Program Manager to join our PROS (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services) program in Copiague, NY
In this position, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the PROS program including hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff, coordination and implementation of services and activities, oversight of program documentation, reporting, program evaluation and development, ensuring quality services and compliance with program regulations

SALARY: $65,000.00 Annually
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
- Or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting with minimum of 1 year in supervisory experience.
- A valid and clean NYS Driver’s License.
- Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
CORE & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
- Responsible to oversee the daily operation of the PROS Program
- Responsible for supervising PROS staff
- Responsible to oversee the accurate completion of all PROS documentaion
- Responsible to oversee the operation of all components within the PROS Program
- Responsible to implement program development
- Responsible for program evaluation
- Responsible for ensuring the environment is clean, safe and recovery oriented
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with incident reporting guidelines
- Responsible to maintain program policy and procedure manual
- Responsible to comply with agency Compliance Plan and False Claims Policy by preventing, detecting and reporting any potential healthcare abuse and fraud. Report any potential non-compliance and comply with all other federal, state and local regulations applicable to this job description.
- Responsible for proficiency in all agency based IT applications
- Responsible to perform all other job duties as assigned.
