Job Overview BE YOUR OWN BOSS!!! We are seeking a talented and passionate Braiders, Barbers, Nail Techs, and Makeup Artists to join our dynamic team. Booth Rent is $100. a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background a salon setting and customer service, with the ability to create stunning looks that enhance our clients' natural beauty. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional make up applications for clients, including special occasions, events, and photoshoots.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and offer expert advice on hair and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stations and tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with other beauty professionals, including hairstylists and nail technicians, to create cohesive looks for clients.
- Mentor junior staff or interns techniques as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles and practices, including skincare and product application.
- Experience in barbering, nail care, braiding.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- A passion for beauty trends and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
