Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in color theory, nail design, and additional beauty services will enhance the overall client experience.

Duties

• Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
• Utilize knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting nail colors and designs that suit their style.
• Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or retail products to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used for each client.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and beauty treatments to provide clients with innovative options.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding aftercare instructions and product recommendations.

Experience

• A valid cosmetology or nail technician license is required.
• Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong skills in customer service with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote products effectively.
• Familiarity with body waxing techniques is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.49 - $16.81 per hour
