Utilizing advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques, you'll contribute to rigorous research and analysis to deliver meaningful recommendations and solutions to clients.

As a Data Analytics DCE Consultant, you will:
Lead Multiple Projects: Manage various projects and client relationships with a focus on digital strategy and analytics.
Develop Omnichannel Strategies: Create and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience across multiple digital channels, from onboarding to billing and reconciliation.
Oversee Campaign Execution: Direct day-to-day operations of the activation team to ensure successful campaign implementation and optimization.
Drive Measurement & Analytics: Develop data-driven analytics approaches to optimize both short-term and long-term business success, leveraging omnichannel and predictive analysis techniques.
Consult with Top Clients: Serve as a consultative expert, collaborating directly with decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies in the life sciences sector.
Foster Strategic Partnerships: Provide subject matter expertise to clients and internal teams, developing strategic partnerships to enhance overall effectiveness.
Implement New Tools & Capabilities: Introduce innovative analytical tools, data sources, and measurement techniques to improve decision-making capabilities.
Grow & Lead a High-Performing Team: Lead the development and expansion of a team focused on digital analytics, including onboarding new technologies to enhance service offerings.
Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best-in-class digital marketing solutions in activation, measurement, and analytics.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage and nurture client relationships effectively.
Data Evaluation Expertise: Strong understanding of predictive analysis methodologies and their application in optimizing marketing performance.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex ideas to diverse audiences, including those who may not be digitally savvy.
Consulting Experience: Previous consulting experience is a plus, especially within data science or analytics teams.
Education: While a master's or PhD is beneficial, it is not strictly required; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
