Title : Data Entry Clerk
Duration : 3 months Possible Extension
Location : El Paso, TX
Shift : Monday to Friday : 8 am to 5 pm ( OT as needed including Saturday)
What You'll Do :
Accurately input and maintain data into databases and systems, ensuring integrity and efficiency of information management.
Functions :
- Verify the accuracy of data input and correct any errors or discrepancies
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files and records according to established procedures
- Retrieve and extract information from databases and files as needed
- Assist in compiling and organizing data for reports, presentations, or analysis
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of work
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Required Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry or clerical roles
- Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with computer software and basic office equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems
Preferred Skills :
- Associate degree or certification in Office Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with data entry software or systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access)
- Knowledge of basic database concepts and terminology
