We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher Preschool Infant / Toddler to join our educational team. Duties
Develop and implement ageappropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education and encourage exploration.
Manage classroom behavior effectively creating a positive learning environment that supports child welfare.
Provide individualized attention to each child including those with special education needs.
Foster strong relationships with students parents and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Conduct regular assessments of childrens progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Organize activities that promote physical emotional and social development through playbased learning.
Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.
Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall preschool curriculum.
Qualifications
Classroom teaching experience in an accredited preschool / early childhood facility a plus.
Experience working with young children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred.
Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential.
Skills in special education or experience with children who have diverse needs are highly valued.
Strong classroom management skills to effectively guide student behavior and engagement.
Familiarity with toddler care practices including nurturing routines and developmental milestones.
