Job Title : Oracle PL / SQL Developer

The ideal candidates will possess over 4 years of experience in developing and maintaining PL / SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and SQL statements within Oracle 12c. They should also have at least 4 years of expertise in performance tuning, including optimizing SQL and PL / SQL code, and 4 years of experience working with XML processing and object-oriented programming with large objects. : : Executive Summary : HRUCKUS seeks experienced Application Developers to support the State of New York's Department of Social Services in enhancing the ACCESS HRA Provider Portal to improve functionality and user experience for Community-Based Organizations and their clients.
Position Description : The ACCESS HRA Provider Portal is currently used by Community Based Organizations (CBOs) that support clients participating in DSS Programs. The Provider Portal was originally built and designed with a focus on the SNAP and Cash Assistance programs, as those programs had the most significant presence on ACCESS HRA. As the functionality available on ACCESS HRA continues to expand into additional DSS programs and CBOs that use the system to provide feedback, there is an opportunity to expand the ACCESS HRA Provider Portal feature set. This initiative will expand the capabilities of ACCESS HRA to provide additional features in support of CBO users that will help keep clients on benefits, improve timeliness and response rates for clients working with providers, and improve the provider user experience. : :
Required Skills :
Minimum 4 Years of development and maintenance experience of PL / SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and SQL statements in Oracle 12c.
Minimum 4 Years of Performance Tuning, including tuning / optimizing SQL, PL / SQL code.
Minimum 4 Years of experience working with XML Processing and object-oriented programming with large objects.
Minimum 4 Years of experience with data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing, and implementation.
Minimum 4 Years of experience with technical and user documentation and software conversion.
