Job Description :

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PeopleSoft ERP Consultant with 27 years of overall experience and over 20 years of expertise in PeopleSoft ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analysis, design, configuration, implementation, customization, and upgrades of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to enhance corporate performance.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM modules, including Project Costing, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, GL (with Commitment Control), Contracts, Asset Management, and Pay Bill.
• Provide expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules, particularly Time & Labor and Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM).
• Conduct business process studies, requirement analysis, and fit-gap analysis to align ERP solutions with business needs.
• Perform business process mapping and develop solutions for diverse industries, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Waste & Recycling, Utilities, Education, Staffing, and Process Industries.
• Deliver technical and functional consulting, offering guidance on PeopleSoft integration, reporting, and administration.
• Utilize PeopleTools to develop and manage custom applications, integrations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ERP functionality and optimize business operations.
• Ensure seamless PeopleSoft upgrades and enhancements, maintaining system integrity and performance.
• Leverage SAP MM and Waste Recycling Systems experience to support materials management processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting complex ERP solutions in a clear and concise manner.
