The Challenge:
As an Applied AI Scientist (Associate Consultant), you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI solutions. You will leverage your deep expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems and drive tangible impact.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms to address high-dimensional problems efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and data mining on large datasets to uncover valuable insights and trends.
- Evaluate emerging datasets and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Build and own key AI assets and accelerators to enhance our capabilities.
- Contribute to thought leadership by researching and publishing on emerging AI topics.
Essential Skills Requirements:
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in a STEM field with a strong quantitative focus.
- Proven expertise in Python programming, with deep proficiency in PySpark.
- Experience in feature engineering from diverse data sources.
- Familiarity with ML platforms (e.g., Dataiku, SageMaker, MLflow).
- Strong foundation in big data concepts, advanced analytics, and machine learning algorithms (e.g., text mining, recommender systems, predictive modeling).
- Proven track record in developing and applying machine learning models in a product environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with specific algorithm classes (time series, classification, regression).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
