Job Title: Digital Product Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development:
  Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners focused on delivering impactful features and enhancements tailored to patient experience and specific business/CDO needs.

• Implementation & Migration Management:
  Lead onboarding and migration efforts for new CDOs into the Optum digital experience, ensuring seamless transitions by partnering closely with business and market leaders.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Drive alignment and execution across multidisciplinary teams-including design, engineering, marketing, and operations-to deliver cohesive and user-centered product solutions.

• Product Roadmap Ownership:
  Develop and maintain a product roadmap with clear prioritization of features that enhance patient interactions and outcomes. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of roadmap initiatives.

• Performance Tracking & Analytics:
  Monitor and analyze KPIs related to patient engagement and satisfaction. Partner with analytics teams to establish post-launch measurement frameworks and continuous optimization strategies.

• Stakeholder Communication:
  Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders throughout the migration process, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and integrating feedback to refine and evolve product strategies.

• PowerPoint: Expert in crafting executive-level presentations and storytelling

• Aha!: Skilled in product roadmap planning and feature prioritization

• Miro: Proficient in collaborative brainstorming and workflow mapping

• Figma: Experience working with design teams using Figma for UI/UX collaboration
