Requirements:
- Must have transportation to travel between sites or pick up supplies when needed.
- Should have property management or facilities management experience.
- Provide Vendor oversight and coordination.
- Provide a high level of customer service (MOST IMPORTANT!)
- Be an excellent communicator
- Has sense of urgency
- Ability to work occasional weekends and evening in emergency situations.
- Technical abilities include: basic understanding of general building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in related role required
- ONSITE: local candidates only to Burbank, CA
- LOCATION should be on the resume, otherwise, it will be declined.
- Initial assignment length: 6 months with possibility of extension depending on performance and team fit.
- Primary Office: 3601 West Alameda Blvd, Burbank
- Will be a regular 5-day, 40-hour week, NOT 9/80
- Manager Notes:
- Ideal candidate has both technical acumen and exceptional customer service skills
- PROBLEM SOLVER: “let me find out how I can do that” and then willing to do the research and leg work to solve for any issues.
- Candidate will coordinate facilities maintenance and vendor relationship between all sites which includes driving between locations to meet vendors for repair or picking up supplies.
- Candidate needs to be able to communicate well and on-time between all stakeholders.
- Will not self-perform repairs but will be responsible for coordinating with appropriate vendors.
- Workplace coordinators ARE NOT a good fit for this role.
- Managers does not want to exclude candidates who may think they do not have the technical skills; she would much rather have someone who have more customer service skills with lesser technical skills though a balance between both is ideal.
