Clubhouse Attendant
Job Overview
We are looking for a staff member to work part-time at a Community Clubhouse located in an upscale Conroe neighborhood. The Clubhouse/Amenity Center includes a Fitness Center, Cafe, Pavilion and event spaces for private parties (i.e. birthday parties, baby showers, weddings, etc).
Availability
You must have availability to work weekday/weekend hours and possible weekends/evening events. Weekday (Tuesday-Friday) hours are 10am-6pm. For weekends, you could be scheduled for a Saturday or Sunday. The standard Saturday shift is 10am-6pm and the standard Sunday shift is from 10am-4pm. There is also opportunity to work into the evenings and weekends periodically at community events. Pay rate starts at $14 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all residents when they enter the Clubhouse
- Provide customer service with a positive, helpful attitude and energetic personality
- Maintain professional working relationships with developers, builders, and realtors that visit the Clubhouse
- Keep the Clubhouse and Amenities Center clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance when needed to help maintain the resort-like environment at all times
- Includes tasks such as wiping down fitness equipment, picking up trash, re-arranging furniture, changing light bulbs, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping when needed
- Work community events, which includes helping set up/take down, taking out trash during the event, keeping bathrooms stocked, etc.
- Distribute access key fobs to residents
Help new residents and prospects download and navigate the neighborhood app - Report facility issues or problems to the Activities Director
- Assist Activities Director with on-going projects
- Be proactive and take initiative to find things needing to be done around the property
- Provide general directions to the Model Home Park to residents and prospects
- Answer general questions about community and upcoming events as well as be able to redirect residents and prospects to the correct parties
Requirements:
1 years of work experience in a customer service environment
Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to effectively communicate in person and over the phone
Excellent interpersonal skills
Well-groomed and professional appearance
High School Diploma
CPR/First Aid/AED Certification
