- BCBA Responsibilities and Requirements :
- Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Active, unencumbered BCBA Certification
- Active, unencumbered MA LABA
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about impacting the lives of children & families through ABA Therapy
- Driven to continue to support, develop, and mentor Behavior Technicians
