BCBA Schedule & Benefits:
Education: Master’s degree in related field
Experience: Working as a BCBA for at least 3 years in home or community settings preferred
Certification: Massachusetts LABA Licensure; BCBA certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Background Checks: All employees must pass Massachusetts CORI and SORI background checks
Travel: Possess personal reliable transportation with the ability to travel to client homes and community settings
Physical: Ability to physically interact with children including but not limited to walking, running, standing, sitting, kneeling, and carrying up to 25 lbs. in settings such as a home floor.

BCBA Schedule & Benefits:

- Meet or exceed minimum billable monthly requirements (88 hours)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, initial assessments, and reassessments
- Design, implement, and monitor client behavior support plans and skill acquisition programming
- Deliver quality clinical oversight by completing case supervision and parent training hour requirements
- Oversee general Company Operations alongside the Clinical Director and CEO's
- Manage the team of coordinators in the Operations department
- Escalate both clinical and operations to the Clinical Director as needed
- Attend weekly meetings for operations, scheduling, and administrative teams

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
