**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Casino Server to join our team at the Rising Star Casino. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain service stations, cleanliness of bars, and stock assigned bars to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist guests in a courteous and friendly manner, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Ensure a safe environment for co-workers and guests by adhering to all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations.
- Participate in emergency response efforts as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, reflecting our company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
- Immediately report any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity to on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 3; Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations.
