We are seeking a highly motivated Barback- Part Time to join our team at Rising Star Casino. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the high standards of service and cleanliness.
Key Tasks:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Deliver exceptional guest service, prioritizing their needs and preferences.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, creating a safe working environment for colleagues and guests.
- Support ice management and maintain inventory levels.
- Comply with liquor regulations, ensuring responsible service practices.
- Assist in emergency situations or special assignments, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Reflect the company's values in your customer service approach, focusing on S.T.A.R. principles.
- Report any gaming-related violations to the on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on duty.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of relevant experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow company policies.
- A valid Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 3, and an Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit.
- The physical ability to perform heavy and continuous lifting.
