What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Slot Technician position at Rising Star Casino?
Essential Job Functions:
• Basic knowledge of electronic gaming equipment circuitry operation.
• Use test equipment schematics and flow charts to replace and/or repair p.c. boards
and other electronic components.
• Trouble-shoots issues with the sports wagering kiosks, such as ticket jams
• Knowledge of casino floor equipment and program repairs to keep games operating.
• Acquire, organize, and maintain inventory of all parts and tools for the installation,
maintenance and repair of slot machines and related equipment.
• Knowledge of company policy and procedure.
• Meet tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Facilities and/or Security
departments during times of emergency or otherwise. Responsible for immediately
informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any
Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which
you commit, witness, or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-
Reporting Policy.

Other Job Functions:
• Configure and acquire quotes for slot machine theme conversions.
• Reconciliation of recorded progressive awards with coin-in meters.
• Repair component-level boards to the limits of repair or test equipment available.
• Assist in training and development of technical staff.
• Assist in the supervision of technicians and projects.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
