Job Overview
The Rising Star Casino is seeking a reliable and hardworking Hotel Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel facilities while providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Dusts, mops, and wet mops floors, vacuums carpets, cleans and polishes surfaces, cleans glass, washes walls, cleans supply and stock rooms, supplies/stocks amenities according to Company standards, removes, disposes, and recycles trash.
- Operational Support: Moves boxes, furniture, etc., operates all electric and non-electric equipment, complies with all policies of the Company.
- Guest Interaction: Provides service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous cleaning experience highly preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with others and follow detailed instructions.
