Security Escort and Observer
The ideal candidate will provide designated escort activities relative to the protection of patrons, employees, and Company property.
Main Responsibilities:
- Observe and report violations relative to regulatory, internal control, or company-sponsored policies and procedures.
- Provide professional interaction and cooperation with internal and external departments and agencies relative to their span of control.
- Assume a leadership role in employee and guest relations, and maintain a professional appearance.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory, internal control, and company-sponsored policies and procedures.
Key Tasks:
- Escort duties consistent with Internal Control Regulations and Departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist Indiana Gaming Agents and other Law Enforcement Agencies as requested.
- Interact with various external departments including notification protocols within established compliance directives.
- Complete accident and incident reports accurately reflecting events, participants, location, and time of events.
Additional Requirements:
- Maintain a patrol presence when not assigned to specific duty-related tasks.
- Properly maintain and operate all equipment, vehicles, and assigned property relative to employment-related duties.
