About Us :

We’re a dynamic real estate wholesaling company with a mission to educate, entertain, and engage through social media. Our goal is to inspire and grow a community of real estate enthusiasts and professionals by leveraging creative content, memes, and trends. We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take our online presence to the next level.

Responsibilities :

Content Creation : Post engaging content up to 3 times daily across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Meme Mastery : Create witty and relatable real estate memes that resonate with our audience.
Event Promotion : Drive RSVPs for events by promoting and sharing details effectively on social media.
Script Writing : Craft compelling scripts with attention-grabbing hooks for Nathan to record.
Coordination : Collaborate with our video editor to ensure cohesive and polished content.
Growth Strategies : Develop and execute strategies to grow our social media following and improve engagement.
Trend Spotting : Stay on top of relevant social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy.

Requirements :

Knowledge of analytics tools to measure performance and adjust strategies.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

A passion for real estate, entrepreneurship, or education is a bonus!
