Job Summary
The Child Care Center Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Child Care Center's operations.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding child care.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor budgets and manage resources efficiently to support center operations.
- Collaborate with community organizations to enhance program offerings and resources.
Experience
- Higher education teaching experience is preferred to enhance program quality.

- Proven ability to educate staff and students in a child care setting.
- A degree from a University in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly desirable.
