Family Nanny/Family Assistant Role
Position: Part-time Nanny/Family Assistant
Location: Ridgefield, CT
Pay: $550-$975 week(depending on hours worked)-- Could be full time for the right person paying $1200/ week

Benefits:
● Weekly Guaranteed Hours- any day the nanny is scheduled to work but the family does
not need her she will be paid
● 10 Paid Vacation Days (with prior approval) - prefers the 5 days to be scheduled during
the family’s 1 week vacation
● 5 Paid Sick Days
Start Date: January, 2025
Schedule:
● Monday-Friday
● Either 12 PM - 6:30 PM (32.5 hours/ week) or 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM (20 hrs/week)
Child: 1 girl: 4 ½ years old
Pets: None
Dress Code: Casual
Childcare Services:
Looking for a nanny that loves kids and loves playing with kids. A true team player who can do
pretend play, sports, swimming and the related activities to her 4-year-old daughter. Able to help
keep a clean and organized home. Must be a proactive person who knows how to do laundry
well including kids clothes which can get dirty. Should be able to cook a few meals a week for
the family and/or simply prepare it for cooking when the mom is done working. Must be a safe
driver and very organized.
Family Assistant Duties include:
● Help with Meal Preparation
● Cook for the child and family
● Do the laundry for the child and family
● Run errands
● Do grocery shopping
● Help manage appointments for the household
Requirements:
● Able to supervise swimming in the club pool
● Able to drive safely
Preferences:
● Prefers COVID-vaccinated but not required
Agency Requirements:
● Candidates must also meet the following requirements to apply: 18 , minimum of a
high-school diploma, valid driver's license, willing to participate in a criminal background
check, legally authorized to work in the US, and have a relevant job history with
outstanding references.
