Position: Montessori Lead Teacher
Responsibilities:

Teach a mixed-grade class following the Montessori Method.

Fully engage in the life and mission of RSMS.

Maintain open and proactive communication with students' parents.

Collaborate actively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Complete all administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
Requirements:

Preferred Montessori certification from an accredited institution

Valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.

A minimum of three years of teaching experience, preferably in Montessori education.
Skills and Characteristics:

Strong knowledge of Montessori content and current teaching methodologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High energy, willingness to learn, and organizational skills.

Commitment to moral purpose, clarity, conviction, and integrity.
