Overview

RPS Regency is seeking a committed and energetic Operations Specialist/Customer Service Representative to join their Accounting/Operations team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service by collaborating with agents, business partners, customers, team members, and the Workers' Compensation Agency (WCA). The Customer Service Representative role is part of a team, that works in our East Lansing office, Monday-Friday. The position involves supporting the team through various administrative tasks, including data entry, information reconciliation, report ordering, document scanning, mail processing, phone call management, office supply monitoring, and guest reception. The role also includes maintaining the conference room and assembling marketing materials.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Data entry and information reconciliation.
  • Ordering and processing reports for underwriting and customer requests.
  • Document scanning and routing.
  • Handling incoming mail and phone calls.
  • Monitoring office supplies and maintaining conference room.
  • Assembling marketing and new member materials.
  • Greeting office guests.

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Excel and Word.

Analysis: This position requires a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and clients. The role also demands proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should be proactive, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems as they arise.
