At Risk Strategies, client relationships are our top priority. We're looking for a dedicated administrator to maintain client accounts and provide service to our Life Insurance clients. The ideal candidate will have a drive for providing exceptional customer service, good organizational skills and attention to detail. Applicants should be proficient with Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. A Life, Accident & Health License is preferred but not required. Experience with Applied EPIC would be a plus. Responsibilities
- Use mail merge to print and create life applications.
- Update client files in the agency management system.
- Cross-check and submit completed applications to CLIC.
- Identify sales opportunities to be referred to the Sales Producer.
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates, policy changes, renewals, etc.
- Prepare applications for Life Insurance meetings using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Review completed applications for completeness, legibility, and accurate premium costs.
- Prepare submissions to be sent to insurance carrier of applications, transmittal, and premium cost ledgers for group life Enrollments.
- Work with new business life underwriting department, providing all needed documentation to finalize new Life Policy issue.
- Notify insurance carrier of any life insurance claims.
- Develop a good understanding of our products and service offerings in an effort to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to clients.
