An exciting, 10-week, paid, on-site Internship experience awaits! Gain real life experience into the world of Insurance Brokerage. You will work within a high-energy, fast paced environment that is both competitive and fun. This role will afford the opportunity to work with our Boston office for Summer 2025. In this role, you will learn about employee benefit plans and how it pertains to employers and employees. You will gain an understanding of the day-to-day life of a Producer, Account Executive, and Account Manager and how we build client and carrier relationships. All starting with the ability to learn sales and uncovering opportunities/prospects.
Our summer internship program offers the chance to have practical, real-world experience at a Top 16 P&C Broker. As a part of the program, you will have the opportunity to work on business specific projects where you will gain knowledge and experience to supplement and strengthen your skills.

You Will
- Assist with project-based tasks
- Attend prospect and client meetings (zoom or in-person)
- Attend carrier/vendor meetings (zoom or in-person)
- To-Do list with new assignments
- Assist with updating client contact and carrier contact information
- Assist AM with renewal spreadsheets
- Peer review of presentations
- Job Shadow Producers, as well as Account Executives and Account Managers
- Attend a meeting with a department who shares a benefits client
- Must be a Rising Senior (Anticipated Graduation 5/26)
- Must be available for entire 10-week program
- 3.0 GPA or higher (Transcript required prior to interview)
- Must be pursuing a degree in marketing or sales
- Must be available to interview in January
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivation and interest in sales (Producer role)
- Must be detailed oriented and proficient with MS Office Suite
