Duties:
- Work on-site in Tampa office
- May require after-hours availability testing or unscheduled system events
Primary Functions:
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via telephone or electronically through the Ticket System
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues (hardware, software, user access, etc.) Perform hardware and software installations as required
- Schedule and set up video and telephone conferences (Zoom, Teams, ShoreTel, etc.)
- Schedule and create Dropbox links
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Install, configure, deliver, tag and remove computer hardware, software and peripherals
- Troubleshoot computers, printers, scanner, phones, smart phones and other peripheral devices over the phone and in person
Preferred Qualifications:
- A , Network , Microsoft 365 certifications or other third-party accreditation
- Experience in Microsoft 365 environment or Hybrid environment
- Experience in thin clients and virtual machines
- Previous work in office environment
