Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and process payments accurately using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food handling and catering practices
- Excellent time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
