Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP BRIM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP BRIM suite to manage complex billing and revenue processes for enterprise clients. The role demands deep functional and technical expertise in SAP BRIM modules, including Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and Contract Accounting (FI-CA).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP BRIM solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand billing requirements and translate them into SAP functionality
Configure and support modules including:
SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)
SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC)
SAP Convergent Invoicing (SAP CI)
FI-CA (Contract Accounting)
Perform gap analysis, design solutions, write functional specifications, and coordinate development activities
Integrate BRIM with SAP S/4HANA and other external systems
Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing
Prepare system documentation, training materials, and user manuals
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5 years of experience in SAP BRIM implementation/support roles
Strong knowledge of end-to-end order-to-cash and subscription billing processes
Hands-on experience in at least 2 of the following modules: SOM, CC, CI, FI-CA
Familiarity with integration using SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP BRIM certification(s)
Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
Knowledge of FICA Collections, Dunning, and Business Partner Management
