The Bid Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting company growth by:
- Developing and submitting competitive proposals, ensuring all responses meet the qualifications and requirements outlined in RFPs.
- Reviewing and analyzing bid materials,
- Crafting high-quality proposals
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and pricing
- Overseeing bid tracking
- Supporting pipeline management
- Maintaining proposal templates and past submissions for efficiency
- Analyzing win rates to refine future strategies.
This individual will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
