Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations, logistics, and team performance at a regional hub
- Manage a team of 17 employees, including 6-8 mechanics
- Develop and implement strategies to improve cultural performance and accountability
Requirements:
- Experience managing large teams in mechanical/service industries
- Strong logistics/dispatching skills (DOT, equipment shipments)
- Cost control expertise
- Ability to drive cultural change
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in rental, equipment dealerships (John Deere, CAT, etc.), or construction
