Medical Device Sales Representative

Candidates must reside within 25 miles of downtown Houston to be considered.


What You’ll Do:

  • Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the territory.
  • Drive to hospitals and surgery centers to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Support surgeons and OR staff during cases; be present, prepared, and proactive.
  • Present and promote company products to healthcare providers.
  • Manage quotes, pricing proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Attend trade shows and support training events to increase market awareness.
  • Build rapport with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key clinical stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer data and forecasting in the CRM.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices or hospital/OR environments.
  • Strong communicator who’s confident, coachable, and great at building relationships.
  • Familiar with hospital procurement and surgical workflow.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively across the territory (up to 50% ).
